Just a few updates from our sacred little space to you. We have two more weeks left of our summer prenatal series with Vichardeep, Wednesdays nights from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. If you weren’t able to sign up for the whole series, we also welcome drop – ins for this particular series. Vichardeep brings her gentle soul and deep wisdom to the practice, helping to support you mentally, physically and emotionally during an incredible and transformational time in your life.
This Saturday, July 13th, Vichardeep is also holding a Kundalini + Vision Board Workshop at our studio from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. The cost is $65 (HST inclusive) and this includes all your supplies, guidance through a Kundalini yoga set and meditation, tea and snacks. We are presently in a 3 year, a year of manifesting your dreams and opening yourself to all the awesome abundance and opportunities waiting for you. Vichardeep will bring you deeper inside of yourself through a powerful practice, and support you to perhaps bring clarity to your dreams. There are still a few spaces left, contact us to register.
This Sunday afternoon, July 14th, Simonne is holding the first of a new class on our summer schedule. She will be holding these special classes once a month. Simonne’s gentle wisdom and soft heart will guide you through some gentle stretches to prepare you for an extended gong relaxation, breaking through restrictions in the body as you dissolve into an abyss of pure peace and calm. The class will be from 3:00 – 4:00 pm, and you can use your regular class pass, or pay a drop – in fee. The class is also available for students who have purchased our unlimited class passes.
Next Wednesday, July 17th, from 7:30 – 8:30 pm Lynne will be holding a karma class for “Tour For Kids”. An organization that raises money and awareness for camps for kids with cancer. Please see our website and events section on our facebook page for more details. This class will be accessible for beginners and experienced students, it is by donation and 100% of all money raised will be going towards “Tour For Kids”. Donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt.
