Meditation + Mala bracelet making workshop

Join us on Saturday, September 28th from 1:30 – 3:30 as we welcome MalaRae back  to our space for a very special meditation +  mala bracelet making workshop.

What is a Mala Bracelet?

Mala bracelets can help carry a sense of peace, mindfulness, and focus throughout the day. They can be worn as intention pieces or used for the healing benefits of the gemstones. Before putting on your bracelet, set an intention. Every time you catch yourself playing with it or hear it jingle, it can be a beautiful reminder to come back to your intention or to simply take a deep breath.

Although mala bracelets are not traditionally used for formal meditation (because there is no knot in-between each bead), we are all about resonance. If meditating with your mala bracelet feels good, then honour this!

The bracelet will be made with:
  • Picture Jasper {for balance and peace}
  • With your option to add:
    • Rose quartz {loved}
    • Rutilated quartz {joyful}
    • Onyx {grounded}
    • Sodalite {free}
    • Amethyst {peaceful}

Included in the workshop:

~ all materials needed for your full bracelet

~ bracelet making guidance + guided meditation

~ tea, snacks + connection

The cost for this workshop is $56 (HST inclusive)

** There are no refunds for this workshop. Once registered, if you can’t make it, you will simply receive the stones/material to make on your own.**
