Sundays in our space

We are so excited Ashley is coming back this term to offer her heart centered teaching and beautiful Sunday morning yoga slow flow classes.  We understand Sundays often have a slow uncurling to them, a day of relaxation and rejuvenation – which is why our Sunday morning class will now be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am.

Use your regular class pass or feel free to drop – in ($16 drop-in fee, inclusive of HST).  We hope to see you there.

For those of you who like an early start to your Sundays, this Sunday is also our monthly early morning kundalini practice from 5:00 – 7:00 am.  Come gather in community for the Aquarian Sadhana Practice.

Come for the whole class, or feel free to quietly come for any part of the morning. We practice japji, a beautiful meditation starting at 5:00 am, followed by a kundalini kriya (physical posture practice), and we begin our mantra meditation practice just before 6.
1 hour of yoga and 1 hour of blissful meditation

Our early morning sadhana practice is free, however please note we are accepting non – perishable food items for the Lanark County Food Bank in our food basket just outside our studio.

Raise your vibration and connect with your deeper wisdom.

If you’d like to find out more about these special mornings, please give us a call at 613-451-2891 or send us an email info@suryadaya.ca
