Kids Yoga and Mindfulness 101! A Workshop for Adults

Join us on Sunday, June 7th (potential reschedule to the fall of 2020) from 11 – 5 for an amazing and inspiring afternoon with Victoria, creator of Little Souls Yoga.  Embark on a joyful journey tapping into your inner child, while learning fun, engaging and meaningful ways to share Yoga and Mindfulness with the children in your life!

Yoga and Mindfulness teaches kids incredible, invaluable life skills like how to breathe properly,  how to calm and focus their minds, and how to strengthen growing bodies – and how to grow kindness.

This workshop will introduce you to the world of kids yoga through inspirational yoga themes, magical meditations, fun yoga games, music and songs  – and ways to keep mindfulness and yoga alive in your family and schools. 

This fun, creative and practical workshop is designed for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers and educators, health care professionals, yoga teachers  or anyone who wishes to learn some fundamental ways to bring yoga and mindfulness to the children in their lives.

Preregistration is required and space is limited, make sure to reserve your spot soon if you’d like to join us.

Cost:  Early Bird: Register before and including May 25th $135  (HST Inclusive)

Regular Rate: After May 25th  $158 (HST Inclusive) 

When:  Originally scheduled for Sunday, June 7th , however we may need to reschedule to do our current global pandemic .  TBA

Time:  11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Where:  Our studio, at #7 – 14 Mill Street, in the Heritage Court, Almonte, ON

About Victoria Lynes:

Victoria is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Radiant Child Yoga Teacher and has been sharing Yoga and Mindfulness with children for almost a decade.  Victoria has developed and delivered Yoga and Mindfulness programs for many of Ottawa’s public and private schools. She also teaches ongoing public children’s yoga classes, family yoga classes, summer camps, workshops and trainings at PranaShanti Yoga Centre in Ottawa.

Victoria’s approach is engaging, fun and creative and it is her goal to see Yoga and Mindfulness programs integrated into school curriculums, and in the home – as a way for children to better understand themselves, manage anxiety and stress and live happier, more balanced lives.
