Welcome to Day 4 of Amber’s yoga support challenge!
Thank you to everyone who came out and joined me on your mats in your homes this morning for our online kundalini class. Such a beautiful collective of sweet souls, I’m very grateful.
Today we’re exploring some postures and breathwork to help to boost your energy, and wake up your inner vitality.

Make sure you modify the postures in any way that you need to support yourself, be gentle and listen to your body wisdom.
